United Kingdom
Standard Delivery: Free on all UK orders. Dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivered within 3–5 working days by Royal Mail or courier, depending on order size.
Express Delivery: Available at checkout for an additional charge. Dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm on a working day. Delivered within 1–2 working days.
All orders are carefully packed using protective inserts inside the presentation box, then placed within a rigid outer carton to ensure your glasses arrive in perfect condition.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Damaged in transit: If your glasses arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Crystal is inherently fragile and we pack carefully — but transit damage does occasionally occur, and we will always make it right.
To initiate a return: Email us at returns@hemswellcrystal.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns address and any further instructions within one working day.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
